If you have an NVIDIA video card, avoid the latest driver version
NVIDIA has screwed it up again. The Game Ready 511.65 driver is very unstable and creates many problems: blue screens, freezes and random reboots. In addition, the G-SYNC doesn’t work properly either and in most games you will have tearing.
It took me a while to figure out where the problem was coming from. Complaints about the new driver version have already started appearing on Reddit and the GeForce forum, and the only solution at the moment is to roll back, preferably with DDU.
In my case, on RTX 3090 and RTX 2080, the best driver version turned out to be Game Ready 472.12.
If you still want to stay on GRD 511.65 it would be recommended to install the 511.72 hotfix. However, it only partially solves the problems reported by users.
