Facebook shows you how to take advantage of Messenger during this time

Social spacing is not so easy, so Facebook is trying to show you how to cope with something better through Messenger.

Because we are at home during this time, social networks are ideal for staying in touch with both friends and family, but also with the reality around us.

To this end, the company has launched the Messenger Coronavirus Community Hub. Essentially, this is a kind of guide that shows people, communities and businesses how they can stay connected with others during the pandemic.

In addition to the basic features that everyone knows about, Facebook Messenger has a few extra options that can help in this period.

As part of the initiative, Facebook also shows you some tricks whereby you can take advantage of the messaging application to deal with isolation.

If you already use Messenger, you will not find any revolutionary information here. However, it is good to consider how the service is useful to keep in touch with other people, during isolation.

The company says you can be close to your loved ones, even when you’re not together through written or vocal messages and video calls one by one, or in groups.

It also warns against scams that may occur during this period on both Facebook and Messenger, such as unapproved medical treatments or false money laundering.

If you are a parent, you should know that Facebook has a specially designed application for children between the ages of six and 12, where they can make video calls and send messages. On Messenger Kids, parents can create virtual play meetings or themes in an environment they can control.
