AMD has released the Ryzen 3 3100 and Ryzen 3 3300X
AMD has launched two new 3000 series Ryzen processors with the new B550 chipset. The socket has remained the same, AM4, and those looking for a powerful and affordable solution can find the ideal solution in these 2 new processors.
The two new processors are the most powerful Ryzen 3 models integrating for the first time the SMT (Simultaneous Multi Threading) technology on this series.
They have 18MB cache, 4 physical cores and 8 threads and are 20% more powerful than what the competition offers and 75% better for content creators compared to the competition.

The new B550 chipset is the latest addition to the AMD 500 series chipset family, and comes with support for AMD Ryzen 3000 processors, PCIe 4.0 compatibility with 2 times more bandwidth than the B450.
The AMD Ryzen 3 3100 and AMD Ryzen 3 3300X will be available at retail and top retailers in the world starting in May 2020.
AMD B550 motherboards will be available starting June 16, 2020, from ODM partners, including ASRock, ASUS, Biostar, Colorful, GIGABYTE and MSI. These can be bought from retail and top retailers.
