Microsoft Edge is more popular than Mozilla
Microsoft Edge on the Chromium platform seems to be the solution for Microsoft. Their new browser proved to be very good and took over many of Chrome’s features.
According to some studies, it is on the second place after Chrome.
Although I find it hard to believe, Edge is in second place after Chrome and has surpassed even Mozilla.
Obviously it’s far from Chrome (68.5% vs. 7.59%), but it’s worth noting that Edge has managed to outpace big names like Firefox, Safari or Opera. Interestingly, Edge’s success came very quickly.
Keep in mind that it is not offered as standard in Windows but must be downloaded manually, which is even more interesting.
When it is integrated into Windows as a standard browser it will have a larger market share.
