Samsung has introduced a 512GB DDR5 RAM module

Unfortunately, these modules will not be available to the general public. Such a nice RAM is made using High K Metal Gate or HKMB technology and there are actually 8 layers of 16GB chips.

The transfer speed is 7200Mbps, double that of DDR4, and the power consumption is 13% lower compared to DDR4.

These memories will be used in super computers, workstations or machine learning. 512GB one RAM card… incredible.
