OnePlus: Warranty on coronavirus weather

I know, the title of the article is already a cliché, but I liked both Gabriel García Márquez’s book and the warranty services of the Chinese company.

The reason why I did this follow-up is simple – I needed to change the battery again, less than 12 months after the first replacement, and the whole operation took place in these turbulent times.

I will not resume the process of accessing the guarantee, because it is similar to what we have already told. I just want to point out the promptness of the Polish service center and the UPS.

I received an email in the evening that a courier would call me in 24 hours, and by noon he was already at the gate.

Then the repair, besides being accepted without problems. took place in less than 24 hours !!!

Basically, in three days I was getting my smartphone repaired back. Everything, based on the guarantee, at no additional cost!
