What will bring new Android 13 Tiramisu
The first developer preview for Android 13 Tiramisu will be available in a few months, but XDA Developers have already managed to get a series of screenshots. At first glance, Android 13 does not seem to come with noticeable design changes, but only with improvements under the hood.
The focus will be on privacy, managing permissions and optimizing resource consumption. The Android Resource Economy (TARE) will be responsible for optimizing resources through existing services and APIs, but also through a new credit system for energy consumption.

At the same time, a new permissions manager will be available, more complex, but at the same time more intuitive. Users will be able to more easily restrict notifications and spam, and will be able to set application permissions at each session – as is currently the case for camera or location access permissions.

Android 13 will also provide the ability to set the display language for each application. For example, if you have your phone set up in Romanian and you want an app or game to be in English, you can do this at the touch of a button, without affecting the rest of the apps.

Of course, Android 13 is still in its early stages of development, and improvements will be made until the final version. If you have a Google Pixel phone, you can try the developer preview somewhere in February.
