Xiaomi announces Mi 10 Youth

A new affordable terminal compatible with the much controversial 5G network. Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth 5G is equipped with Snapdragon 765G processor and the basic version starts with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage and reaches up to 8GB RAM and 256 GB storage.

The screen is a 6.57inch AMOLED with a resolution of 1080 × 2400 and a refresh rate of 60Hz, but with a sampling of 180Hz, which should make it more receptive to touch. The fingerprint sensor is located below the screen.

On the back we have 4 photo sensors: a main one of 48MP f / 1.8, an ultra-wide one of 8MP with an angle of 120 degrees, a macro one of 2MP and the last one – an 8MP telephoto sensor with periscope lens.

The telephoto sensor allows optical zoom up to 5x and hybrid up to 50x. The front camera is 16MP hidden in a waterdrop.

The battery has a capacity of 4160mAh and allows fast charging at 22.5W, but it was not mentioned what kind of charger the phone will be delivered with.

The operating system is Android 10 with MIUI 11 interface.

The basic version of the phone will cost 275 euros, and the most expensive will reach 365 euros. A first stock of phones will be available on May 4.
