Samsung prepares 256 GB memory for mobile

If already in Chapter RAM we can say that some phones have exceeded some PCs, the market there are models with 4 GB of RAM, why can not we opt for a more layered storage? Samsung has prepared 256 GB chips with impressive speeds.
