iPhone 12 has screen problems
Forced by production delays caused by the pandemic, Apple seems to have lowered quality control standards.
Many users have noticed problems with the OLED displays of the new iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro, which have a yellowish tint regardless of how the True Tone and Night Shift options are configured.
We already knew that the screens of the new models are calibrated to reproduce warmer tones, but the variation between units suggests a factory calibration problem.
As Apple devices are very restrictive and do not even allow color temperature adjustment, the only solution for the affected units is to replace or send to service.
