Renault closes factory in China and completely retracts

Renault Group announces it is leaving the Chinese market. Not only does it give up local sales, but it also shuts down factories.

We can blame COVID-19, but the company says it is undergoing a restructuring.

The Renault-Dacia-Nissan-Mitsubishi Group has decided to discontinue the Brilliance Jinbei Automotive plants as well.
